Heavy and Sturdy, yet Portable

Jewell August 25, 2026

What really got me to give this table a shot is that it is portable. You can fold it up when not in use. The table is Very heavy, but sturdy. It has six different positions you can use this in, which is nice for beginners. It also is pretty comfortable. I needed something that would work for a very tall individual and this will accommodate someone up to 6'6". When using this, you can feel good that you will not fall over because of the steel construction. It is extremely sturdy and as I said, made from very heavy steel. I think everyone should try these out as we all tend to slump over as the day goes on. These help realign you and will help with back pain. For the price of $110, I feel like I got a really good deal.

Nice inversion table

Rebecca August 28, 2026

This is a decent inversion table for the price. It seems fairly heavy duty but is easy to fold away for storage. It took me about 45 minutes to put together by myself. Attaching the backrest probably would have gone easier with two people, but I was able to tip it on its side and get it done that way. You can adjust by height (in cm), as well as the lumbar, the ankle cushions, and how far you want to invert. It does come with a safety strap for your chest as well.

Built to last!

Cam August 26, 2026

I've wanted to try inversion therapy for back issues, including scoliosis pain and sciatica nerve pain. I finally got this equipment and have been using it a few minutes at a time to start. I am happy to report that I am getting some relief from the pain and relying less on prescription medication. I am really impressed how how durable it seems. I wouldn't feel at all comfortable essentially standing upside down on anything flimsy. My wife is looking forward to using it as well. We are very pleased and have readily incorporated this into our health and wellness routines.

Hard as a rock

Anonymous August 29, 2026

This thing is heavy. It's very big. So it's not easy to fold and store, especially if you plan to use it daily. It takes up my living room. It took about an hour to put together. I hated the shoulder guards. We had to take those off. It was very uncomfortable and I couldn't hang my arms. The shoulder thing defeats the purpose of hanging and decompressing. The padding is very thin. I might get some memory foam to put over it. It is uncomfortably hard. The way my back is bowed it's incredibly uncomfortable. I have to have my husband stuff a blanket under my upper back to tolerate the lower back pain. I normally have to bend my legs to be able to lay on my back for a short time. Obviously I can't do that on this, so I have to bend forward. I have ddd plus two bulging discs and bilateral spinal stenosis. Plus arthritis, and a few more things. My lumbar back is cooked. This table actually made me hurt pretty bad while I was on it. It was a minute, two tops. Like I said, I needed to be bent a little to take the pain down. If you don't have any junk in your trunk and your back goes straight into your bum, then this might not be painful. But if you've gotta little cush in your tush, plus a bad lumbar, this may be painful and make things worse without modification. I can't use a lumbar pillow as that hurts majorly bad. I had high hopes this inversion table would help relieve pressure, but so far it only hurts more. And I was cramping all night and all day the next day. I had to take some muscle relaxers and they only put a dent in the pain. If you can find one of these with a ton more padding, I'd get that instead. But even then, unfortunately these tables may just make some of us worse. Also, one of the handles had some quality issues.
