i had ordered a red one but it was lost in transport at my local FedEx and they couldn't figure out what to do and I had been waiting over two weeks for by the time I decided to order the black. it arrived within a couple days came with a flat rear tire and to patch it and fill it with fix a flat goo. it works perfectly for my mother. she is 68 and has fun going fast and not stuck at 6 mph line she would be with a "mobility" scooter. it goes 16mph for sure. it could be better with suspension and it's a little scary at first but you get used to it. BUY ONE! OR TWO. I RECOMMEND IT! HAVE FUN oh yeah it has a setting for shopping also. it locks it in at 1mph and has a reverse option. pretty cool scooter!
I got this for my dad. He's a heavy guy so this is perfect. It holds up to 300 pounds. It's got a motor that will climb hills and go up to 17 miles an hour on a smooth surface. Also, the 3 wheel design makes it easier to maneuver and get in and out of.
Easy to put together. Easy to operate. Faster speeds than most mobility scooters. Sturdy seat holds up to 300 lbs. Good horn, front light, and rear brake lights. Folds easily. Easily removable battery for in-home charge, which lasts a long time. Extremely pleased.
It's easy, nice, and a little easier to handle than my larger scooter. I didn't realize that it could not be raised higher than what it shipped like. I cramp my legs to sit for more than 2 hours. Plus it is not as light as it says in the advertisement.
Easy to handle, goes fast. I like them so much I have purchased three.
Reasonable to put together if you have any able bodied person to help. Right out of the box the right tire was flat and stem doesn't hold air in the tire.

It came with a flat and worked only for a week. Ive been asking for a replacement or money back and left many messages and never got a response. I paid so much for something that doesn't work.
