After doing lots of research, I came upon this studio grade solid oak foldable Pilates reformer. I read the reviews and immediately knew I wanted to add this to my workout equipment. The entire experience from the moment I ordered it to when it shipped to when it was to be delivered to actual delivery was all handled so professionally with the company who sold it. It took one week from when I ordered it to when it arrived. They were keeping me informed through text messages every step of the way. It even gets delivered in a solid woden box to keep it protected and pristine looking. They have been nothing but amazing to work with. Their product rivals other reformers on the market that are two and three times as much. The fact that it is completely foldable and can be rolled out of the way is amazing. The smooth quiet glide of the carriage, the velvet lining on the straps and the solid oak construction is all top-quality. Even the jump board, platform extender and box are very high quality craftsmanship.. I highly recommend this company and this Pilates Reformer for your next piece of workout equipment in your home. You will be beyond impressed with their customer service and with the Pilates reformer itself.

Reformer is quality made. Really heavy duty. I love that you can fold and roll to tuck away in a corner. The install took me a couple hours but I took my time. Reading the instructions and watching the video several times sent to me from the supplier helped tremendously. The seller also txt me of how I'd received 2 separate packages and to call/txt them with any questions on putting it together. They kept in contact with me through the entire process. I highly recommend both the reformer and the supplier!

If I could give this 100 stars I would! The shipping was so fast, it came within a week! The wooden crate it shipped in is hard to open, I used a crowbar. The reformer was packed beautifully. It only comes with one sheet of instructions that may or may not be helpful to you. I was able to assemble it myself pretty easily until it came to the foot bar. So I emailed the company and they sent me a video. I still couldn't figure it out with the video so they texted me and I sent them a video of my issue and they sent me multiple videos showing me up close, exactly how to assemble it. I got it working perfectly and it's outstanding. For the price it's the best deal I've ever gotten. The carriage glides smoothly %26 noiselessly, the shoulder pads have enough cushion and the hand straps are super soft. It comes with the box, a jump board and footpad. I'm absolutely thrilled with it. BUY IT you will not be disappointed!

First, I would like to say that the customer service on this from the manufacturer is excellent. They reached out to make sure I had received the reformer on time and that I was pleased with my purchase. I definitely am. I practice on a balanced body reformer in the studio but I don’t have the budget for that at home. This reformer far surpassed my expectations. It’s sturdy, the handles are comfortable, the springs are quiet, and the carriage glides smoothly through, though I was concerned that you might feel the break from a foldable model. You cannot. It has all the accessories you need. The only real difference I have noticed between this and a bb studio reformer is the size of the carriage and box. I’m 5’3” and have plenty of room, but if you are in a larger body you might notice a difference in size. That said, the shoulder rests are adjustable and are very roomy when widened. Also, It was simple to assemble alone in about an hour.

Love it! My hubs needed to oil springs and side rails because of rubbing and squeaks, but it seemed to help.

Easy to assemble. The quality of this machine is as good as the ones I have used in Pilates classes. I was shocked considering how reasonable the price was, I highly recommend this machine.

I am not happy with this purchase. The headrest is crooked and can not be adjusted. All but two springs are very loud and have grease all over and you can't connect or disconnect without getting grease on your hands. It is extremely heavy and difficult to fold.
