The bottom tab was not bolted in like the other side so, it falls out. I had to wipe it down and found stress spots. Instructions were sketchy (one black and white diagram). Handle seems to want to argue about going up in down, I don't have faith the tabs will last. would return but I need it.
I have not use this product yet, the cart was dirty, the front wheels was not new, the both stair wheels was scratched because it was unwrap, had to snapped parts in places before unfolding the cart. The cart is very flimsy, when cleaning the cart, a part fell off one of the stair wheel, and I don't think it will carry anything over 25 pounds. Do not recommend this retailer and product.
