At first I I took it out of the package and placed it on my toilet seat; I thought the wrong size was sent but I went back on the website and figured it out. It was amazing! I've been waiting awhile to find something like this.

I like the product, it does what its supposed to. But I needed it within the week that I ordered it. It showed up almost 3 weeks later! Delay, after Delay... It would have been faster if I asked someone to go get one on the weekend. Or chose another supplier... because that is not acceptable.
There were no directions on how to use this. I tried it and did not like it at all. It's very hard to use. look elsewhere for one
terrible time with shipping will not order from again.....
