It is a good product with some deficiencies.
We liked that it actually did what it was supposed to do. We did not like : a. Assembly is not as simple as it is described. Especially not for elderly people. b. It rattles every time when used giving a feeling of insecurity. c. It is a bit too high

It didn't work out. The position of the arms that help you when rising were too high positioned so uncomfortable for me. Am returning it.
