This wagon is really nice. It replaces a similar smaller cart that we purchased about 8 to 10 years ago, and this new cart is much more sturdy, and it's bigger. We had an issue with one of the wheels not popping/snapping into place and wrote to Customer Service, and they responded the next day. It was an easy fix, to pull out a metal clip first, then the wheel slid into place and the clip snapped back into position. The "liner" for the cart was easy to position and the velcro made it really easy to lock it down into place. The bigger, more rugged wheels would make this cart ideal for gardening or rolling over a sandy beach. And the entire cart folds and collapses very easily to fit into the trunk of our car.

Please note that the wagon comes unassembled, I was a bit worried that the assembly would be difficult, but it's actually very quick and easy You just push the wheels into their respective slots on the frame of the cart. I would recommend having a rubber mallet on hand to help with tapping in the front wheels (with the brakes) into the frame of the cart, since these ones were a bit difficult to push in with just your hands. Once assembled, the wagon was very sturdy and it rolled across the floor with ease, and the wheels are really big, so I can tell this cart is gonna be able to handle some pretty uneven terrain. The wagon smoothly collapses by pressing the front and back sides towards each other, and it folds into a fairly flat shape, so it'll easily store between shelves or in other tight spaces when not in use. There's also a carry-handle attached to the wagon basket so you can carry the wagon in it's collapsed state, as the wagon itself is not too heavy to handle. Re-opening the wagon cart from it's collapsed state is also very easy. This collapsible wagon cart is so convenient! I'm gonna be so ready for all my summer parties with this wagon, especially when transferring all 550lbs of my party supplies from my car.

Not only is this cart easy to put together, it performs great. Very affordable and worth it!

Easy to assemble, but I'm concerned the 2 wheels with brakes keep falling out of the slots. There's no way to secure pin in slot. Is there something I missed?

The front wheels does not lock in place and falls off. Neither does the frame locks and the straps on the provided bag is basically useless for holding any load, it will collapse. It's saving grace is it folds easily even when you need it not to. As received, all the parts identified in the user guide came. Assembled, it does not look like anything in the user guide picture. The frame cannot lock and will collapse with any weight.

Terrible product. The wheels are not sturdy and the basket area is not
