Excellent customer service!
The people at Hayneedle were exceptionally friendly and helpful. This is a nice light weight crate to keep our pup safe while visiting friends. It ""pops"" into shape easily, and collapses just as easily for transit or storage. It is sturdy and well-made, and our pup loved it from the minute we showed it to him. Great product and experience.

Best cat carrier by far!
Love this carrier just the right size for our cats and tall enough they can sit up if they so choose. Really sturdy and light weight .

Great dog crate. It has a lot of ventilation for your pet. Very roomy due to the height and length

Good deal
Seems to be a very good crate for a small dog. I wanted it for 2 larger cats but it was far too big and heavy to tote my cats around. Would definitely recommend, it is sturdy and good looking.
