The proofer works great.

Have only used a couple of times so far but am very pleased with the proofer. Made a great loaf of bread. Folds up easily. Went with another reviewers suggestion to buy the storage bag and am so glad I did. Packs away safely, no worries about getting damaged in the storage area.

This proofing box is going to be an absolute game changer in my sourdough journey! I've only used it a handful of times so far but it has made all the difference in proofing my dough and there's no guessing anymore. Also our home has single paned windows and it's always freezing in the wintertime. I know this is going to be so helpful during those cold winter months to keep my sourdough at perfect temp! I highly recommend if you love to bake like I do!

I always have had limited success getting ANY bread I make to rise. My oven has a proof function but it always dries out the loaf. Enter this proofer. I've tired both the proof function and the slow cook function. It works amazingly well! My bread came out beautifully and the slow cooked chicken I made was perfectly done in my own pot. Once the folding dough sheeter becomes available again, I look forward to using the proofer even more! I love that it folds flat for storage and the carry case has a zip pocket for the instruction and recipe books.

Bought this primarily for making yogurt and it has lived up to the promise. Lovely yogurt in a few hours. I have a cool kitchen and had been using my oven light prior to the purchase. That was far from ideal mainly because it was hard to control the temperature. Highly recommend.

I originally was going to buy SD Home but it was out of stock. I purchased the proofer box instead, and am so glad I did. It has worked flawlessly and I also have room for 2 quart jar with starter and still can proof the bread before baking. Great results so far!

My daughter needed to start making her own bread/crackers/English muffins etc. since many baked products now include sesame flour (she's allergic). Before the lessons started, first on the list was gifting her this proofer. I've used it for 2 yrs now and it works wonderfully and folds down to the size of a computer bag.

This is an awesome proofer for anyone who likes to make bread and pastries at home. It's easy to use and has many uses like a warming plate, a slow cooker, and it does not take up much room, I have used this proffer a few times now and have gotten great results, adding the second rack is a must for when you need the space. I highly recommend this.

When the temperatures drop and the house becomes too cool for bread to proof, I've used a variety to tricks to proof bread. I found the Folding Proofer to be the easiest, quickest and most efficient method. Having an appliance that can fold down is a plus. The only problem was the water tray. I cut my finger along the bottom rim.

Happy overall with the purchase. That said, blows my mind this was designed so well to fold up, except for the shelf and cord. Even if the cord was left out of the inside, but was able to remain "plugged into" the base, it would be easier to store. Not enough to regret purchase, but feedback for next iteration.
