Folgers Blonde Silk Ground Coffee, Light Roast, 22.6 oz Canister

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually go for a darker roast but found this lighter roast to be perfect in the summer months especially when I turned it into my own little iced coffee treat.

I used to have to blend coffees to get the perfect cup, but someone at Folger's read my mind as to exactly how I love my coffee!! This wakes me up just enough for important meetings while letting me have a smooth segue into the day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ground coffee is what you would exactly expect. Fresh smelling, yummy coffee. I love the Blonde Silk ground coffee. To me, it has a lighter flavor of coffee, so it isn't as strong. It also went well with some cream and sugar for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee has a good flavor, and is smooth. However, it is a light roast and unfortunately too weak for my liking but still has a good flavor. If you like a good light roast, this is a good coffee for you!

Wanted to try this new Blonde Silk version as Folgers was my favourite brand until recently. Blonde Silk definitely has a smoother edge compared to the regular Folgers, however a slight tinge of bitterness remains. PC Great Canadian coffee is far better tasting and most preferred.

I wanted to try this because I like milder coffees but this one seemed stronger to me. It's not a bad coffee though if you like stronger coffee but I'm going back to my usual Folgers variety.

I am that person that has to have flavored creamer and sugar in my coffee. This coffee is good without flavored creamer, was not bitter or overpowering. Love it!

Blond, mild, light roast it is not. I find bitter notes from over roasted beans. The bitter taste lingers on the tongue. The sweetness has been roasted away.
