I use these in a pinch sometimes by themselves other times mixed with the regular Folgers instant coffee. They don't raise my blood sugar like drip coffee does for some reason. The only thing I don't like is that I can't control the strength as easy as I can with drip coffee but when you are in a hurry it is all good.

For some reason, this coffee will make me sit to my stomach. I don't drink it on an empty stomach. I do have a touchy stomach though. I guess I'm just not meant to drink instant coffee.
