Cabinet refresh
I used the chalk paint and wax to update my old bathroom cabinets. Everyone who sees them is impressed with how they turned out. It was easy to paint and looks great.

Extremely easy to work with.
Love this paint a little bit goes a long ways. It can be applied with the round brush or applied with a small detail ed brush and it is very easy cleanup.

Great coverage and easy to work with.
I was skeptical of this paint as I am used to some of the more expensive designer paints that are $24 for 8 ounces. I took a chance and I am glad I did. The color is rich and the coverage is amazing. It was easy to blend with other colors to make a faux wood look. I will buy more colors in this brand.

Strong smell but looks lovely and goes on smooth
It applies smoothly to any project, and the consistency is a little thick so it won't run. It applies very well with one coat and blends with other paints easily. It's matt when dry but if you dont like that they do sell glossy finishes to apply over it. However the only thing I don't quite like is the strong smell when wet. Though you can just leave the item in a well-ventilated room or outside to dry to help with that. If its a small project then you might want to bring a fan.

Green is not very thick, rather bright
I love Folk Art chalk paint and own just about every color. This green is a lot thinner than I expected. After 3 coats over raw wood I can still see the white wood grain. Most colors I only need one or two coats. Color is okay, hoped for a more dark neutral green and it's more of a bright Christmas green. Not nearly as dark as the color on the label. Really wish it was darker and thicker.
