does what it says on the tin
gonna try putting some on a makeup sponge to dab with, should get lotsa more sparkles 2 coats worked great to a decent visible glow that lasted for hours

a little glow at night
wish the glow was stronger. needed 2 coats but worked on the Halloween basket to glow a little at night

I had a pickup window of 9-10pm, pre checked in on the app and got a call at 9:48pm from a very rude employee asking if i was still planning on coming for my items as they close at 10pm. I said my hps says 4-5 more minutes until my arrival in which he stated well we close at 10pm. I said I am trying and will be there in 4-5 minutes as I have a broken leg and am on a scooter, doing my best and he hung up on me.
