It is a very beautiful skirt overall, and it's a great value price wise. It runs small though, I wear a womans 22 and I bought a 4x and it's tight on me. I have to wear it up higher where my waist is smaller, my hips are too big for it I guess. I normally wear a 3x very comfortably in skirts/bottoms.

I was looking forward to wearing this skirt, to be able to just slip into an wear for a little upscale version from the everyday. But, it runs about 1 size small. I had to return it due to that. I ordered a 3x. At this time I am wearing a 2x-3x. It still did not fit. So order one size larger than you usually wear.
