very good just what i wanted
They have helped my feet so much. I don't cry any more
I made the mistake of putting these on and then trying to walk to another room to sit down. Don't do that! It's weird. But overall, the ice packs work nice. I have pain issues and neuropathy in my feet and the cool/cold feeling was great. The sock bits fit me a little loose, but aside from that, everything else was good with these. I don't use them daily, I save them for when nothing else works on my pain and I don't plan on walking around the house much.
Hard to get on your feet. Ice packs Does not stay frozen very long.
I was hoping I would love these gel socks but the size small was way too long for my 71/2 shoe size foot. In addition, I was expecting them to fit tighter around the foot and ankle than they did. Maybe my foot is too narrow.
