Great gaming head set
These headphones work great! And look pretty cute too.. I use them with my Xbox and switch, only think I'll say is that the mic is pretty powerful and if it's too close to your mouth while talking it will be really loud for your buddies on the other end, but it's very simple to adjust accordingly.

Purchased this to match my son's Nintendo and he loves them. He can listen to his game without us disturbing him and him disturbing us. Great quality!

high quality
shipped a little early and in great condition. sound is extremely good. voice chat experience is spectacular, very clear and loud and friends and teammates can hear me very well. headset is a little heavy, although it might seem that way to me because my previous one was extremely light. its not too heavy to be comfortable though. muffs are soft and comfy, and fit like a glove. headstrap is adjustable and padded. mic is also able to move around freely. very high quality. very comfortable. highly recommend.

Extra “protection plan”
The extra you pay for a protection plan is garbage. They stopped working maybe a month or 2. They were for my son to use with a Nintendo switch. I checked them when he said they stopped working. The sound was so faint that you could barely hear with no noise around you. As well as no one could hear him when he was trying to communicate. I tried to make a claim. Allstate says it's still under the manufactures warranty and I have yet to figure out how to talk to the manufacturer for a replacement. Nothing visibly wrong with them.

The item is not what it says is going to be.You cannot hear through the phones.Also, they are very distorted and not user friendly at a bit

After using them for 3 weeks the sound quit working. i tried to return them to walmart, but since i did not have the box i was unable to return them. So now just out the money and another pair of headphones!
