Brain benefits
Brazil nuts has selenium which is good for cancer of the prostate, colon or rectal cancer and lung cancer. Brazil nuts contain ellagic acid and selenium, both of which can benefit your brain. Don't to eat to much. My husband and myself eat 2 per day.

not fresh
usually brazil nuts are quite oily when u eat them. These are not. They were pretty dry. They are very small and had many dark brown bitter spots in the nuts.

Raw nuts can make you ill! Roast First!!
Buyer beware!!!!!!!! Raw nuts can make you ill!!!! These put in in the hospital for three days! Roast or Toast before eating!!!!!!!!!!!
