Well made unit easy to assemble and works so well! Easy to light and we love the cover, only suggestion would be to have strap to secure the propane tank.

I just got it assembled and it's beautiful and I'm really grateful that it came with the cover because it's stored on my patio now I'll say more when I'm able to activate it.

Works well like it should. This is my second item purchased.

Great Propane Patio Heater What a great addition to any patio or outdoor entertaining area. Make sure to review the various parts and instructions prior to starting assembly. Takes about an hour but you’ll love the end product. One side panel opens to hide the propane tank and also built with a convenient side shelf. Very sturdy design, looks great and provides extra warmth on those chilly evenings.

The style is amazing, customer service is prompt in replying and helping out. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. Only draw back is heat output, but it is what is expected of this type of outdoor heater. Overall heats well and is lovely to look at in these fall evenings.

I love it, it looks as amazing as it works. 2 minor issues, a dented panel and a stripped screw hole. But other than that, amazing!

I love the look of this heater.. very tall like an outdoor heater at a fine restaurant.. easy to put together.( use you tube it's better then the instructions). I leave it on a small porch outside my home… it s a lil tricky figuring out how to ignite it ( take your time and follow the directions to the letter so you don't get frustrated on this last step) it works perfectly.. I will say I think a heater with a larger dome ( heat shield topper) would put out more heat quicker… like the “mushroom”(round tops) heaters… i love the look I just think the dispersement of heat on high is a little lacking ( having to leave it on longer then I would think for a tower heater… but it definitely will work eventually taking up more propane use in my opinion.. otherwise great… the shelf on the tower really isn't used but it's a nice option.

I was given the wrong item. It was a different color than what I ordered and the seller wasn't very accommodating.

WALMART HAS A STATED POLICY THAT ITEMS PURCHASED FROM "PRO-SELLERS" ARE ELIGIBLE FOR IN STORE RETURNS. THE SELLER OF THIS ITEM, FOOWIN, IS LISTED AS A "PRO-SELLER." WHEN I RETURNED THE ITEM TO THE STORE, UNOPENED AND UNDAMAGED, THE STORE REFUSED THE RETURN SAYING THAT THIS SELLER REQUIRED CONTACT WITH THEM TO SEND A SHIPPING LABEL, IN SPITE OF WALMART'S STATED POLICY ON RETURNS. THEY WANTED ME TO TAKE THE ITEM BACK AGAIN. THE ITEM WEIGHS 66LBS AND IS DIFFICULT FOR ME TO HANDLE AS I AM 76 YEARS OLD. I LEFT THE ITEM THERE AND I BROUGHT MY COMPLAINT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH HAS CONTINUALLY REFUSED TO REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE EVEN THOUGH THE ITEM WAS LEFT THERE IN THE STORE UNDAMAGED AND UNOPENED. WALMART HAS LOST NOTHING. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF FILING A DISPUTE FOR THE CHARGE.
