I like how the sheets are already separated, which makes things so much easier for me. It's great that I don't have to spend any extra time preparing them—I can simply place them straight onto my oven tray and get started. I also really like that they come in a roll, as it works perfectly with my drawer organizer.
Good nontoxic option
This is perfect and works for what i need
I like that these are in sheets. I cut them in half for the toaster oven style air fryer. I also like the fact that they tell you can use them up to 3x. However, I wouldn't do that unless it's just vegetables or, you wash it off if you used meat. I have a roll for the bigger stuff.
Don't let the brown color fool you. Just as good of a product as the white paper you may be used too. Does not burn even in high heat when roasting. Like the pre-cut sheets. Only need one hand to pop out of the box.
I like that I can use this safely to cook my food in oven without worries of chemicals and it fits the size of regular cookie sheet pan.
So much easier than scrubbing a casserole pan for hours! I also use them between my homemade cookies so the layers don't stick together!
I wanted to continue making sheet pan dinners in the big oven on my cookie sheets after I read that most parchment paper had harmful ingredients that go into the food. I usually order from Walmart. This product was only one that came up when I typed in my request for non toxic parchment paper for baking and roasting. It comes in individual precut sheets that aren't quite as large as the cookie sheet pans I use for sheet pan dinners. They are very old ones without teflon, which I also do not use. Anyhow I just usually fit two sheets or use smaller pans and cut these down. It's not too troublesome. So check your pan sizes and the sizes of these sheets. Do your own research about what is problematic in a great many brands of parchment and the substances that get into the food. I'm making some oven fries for my grandchild today. Organic potatoes and oil. These sheets. Am I missing anything. I'm waiting to see if one of the Bobbie shows or a naturopathic review tells me this paper is not safe. All we can do is try our best. Sometimes I just use stainless steel or glass pans and some oil that can stand the temps but messy.
did what i needed it to do
Really like the nice, flat parchment sheets that are pre- sized, pre-cut. I used it as a sling for a substantial snack cake and it worked beautifully. No tearing or ripping when I took the cake out of the pan. Will buy again. Baking cookies on the sheets is next.
