I wasn't too sure how I was going to feel about this phone. My husband and I decide to leave Verizon after 25 years of phone service with them. That's not a happy story. Will never ever go back. Anyway we decided to look for less expensive phones and phone plans. I got my phone first, he was still deciding what he wanted. My phone didn't come from Walmart but it came from Lively and it's the exact same phone. My biggest issue is it doesn't have the memory I'm used but hey! I am wanting to try to save money so I can back up those thousand pics! They don't all have to be on my phone! And games. I love playing games on my phone. So, my husband decides to get the same phone. No problem setting the phone up, keep your same number if you want, no big deal! Every person I have spoken with in customer service at Lively have been awesome! They have all been so nice and so helpful. No problem they haven't been about to take care of, fix, make right or what ever the outcome needs to be. I would definitely recommend this phone to anyone needing a phone and great customer service. AND a low monthly bill!!

thought i got the right ones for the phones. they are slightly bigger, and the button slots didn't line up. will have to double-check to make sure it is, in fact, the right one for the phone. i read everything, and it had the right phone, but i need to double check.

it came with a slide in case to clip onto pants, belts, purse, etc but I'd doesn't fit the phone well. that would have been a nice extra.
