it said that the cord is 7 ft but its shorter, it's maybe like 4 ft or 6 ft or something other than works like brand new has a bit of sensitivity on the joy sticks left and right

Excessive or overeager use of the shoulder bumper buttons runs the risk of those buttons no longer registering.
