I'm thrilled with this phone I got for my son after his tablet broke - it's a cost-effective alternative. I love that I can customize it with his favorite apps and set restrictions to ensure a safe experience.

I like everything about the phone, other than the fact I don't know much about them and didn't understand how slow it would be, or the limited range from the WiFi. my wifi router is in a room at the opposite end of my house from my bedroom and it struggles to keep connected. Anywhere else it does everything that I need. The limit of range and speed is why I give 4 stars. However, it's a good purchase, especially for the price. Absolutely would recommend it to anyone that doesn't have their life revole around the idiot box in their pocket
Finish is a little slippery due to material used.
It's a good case
The phone itself is fine, but I could not get the SIM out of my old phone to work so I have no service. Customer service is almost non-existent. The people are nice but barely speaking English.
