For the price this is an excellent phone. i reccomend a good heavy duty hardshell case with the tempered privacy screen protector as well as purchasing the extra warranty that is offered. the coverage is just as good as the contract phones and even uses the verizon network so you are never without service. great phone. great price. great coverage.
