Drivers and iPhone app were easy to install. It works well. Prints clearly and quickly. Easy to use and connected to Bluetooth with no issues. Lightweight and small. Doesn't take up much room on my desk, which I like. Instructions were clear and easy to understand and follow.

I ordered the FORC thermal printer on Walmart.com sold by Forc Direct because our summer garden harvest was overflowing and hand writing frozen meal bags with permanent markers always ended up a smudged mess. Getting it connected took under 5 minutes with the included Type-C cable, though I mostly print straight from my phone over Bluetooth to run off 30 clean labels at a time for all our batch-cooked travel meals and extra frozen produce. The solid little build feels surprisingly durable on our busy counter so I am not worrying about it getting knocked around during meal prep. The thermal print stays sharp and readable on freezer bags while liking that I never have to mess with ink cartridges or hunt down a working marker again. It's perfect for weekend batch cooking and makes busy weeknight dinners so much easier. Easily worth the money and something I would repurchase in a heartbeat.

I am very pleased with this thermal printer. I have tried so many now. I think this is a good one. It's very easy to use. It's easy to set up with paper too. Very user friendly. The connections are good for straight up plug in or WiFi.

Great label printer comes with a few labels and cord. Seems to work well with no sticking. Also for a great price. The size is just right and set up was easy.

I'm assuming it's a great product by observing the previous reviews on it. that's why I picked it. but apparently I'm not worthy of said item being delivered in a timely manner. so unfortunately I only give it a four star and I have to just sit back and wait and hope my package comes soon so I can start using it. I believe it'll come very handy and it seems like it's simple and convenient, so I don't know if I would recommend it to anybody else at this point because I kind of feel like the other people who reviewed it didn't have the same experience I have so far and I'm not exactly happy so maybe they're fake reviews because I certainly am not having a good experience since ordering this

It definitely prints, but after severtries its still tiny. It's probably just some more studying up on it that I need to do.(?) It also seems very dark no matter the shade level I choose. Again, I am sure it's a learning curve. Came quickly and looks good.

Where has this been all my printing life? This is fantastic, it connected immediately by Bluetooth and the android app is pretty intuitive and easy to use as well. On the downside, my particular box was missing instructions and labels except for a single label sitting in the unit itself. I was also unable to locate a setup video for the 9270 model on the company's website, where it states that the video tutorial is pending. Overall, very smart technology to use, especially if you have rely on shipping and other processes that require labels in order to be efficient.
