I like that its both fruits and veggies because my diet is so abysmal with all the processed food i eat my doctor is surprised I'm even alive. But I tell you a secret the grocery stores have largely priced me out of fruit and vegetables altogether...this is cheaper for me to pay supplement prices and its very convenient. Doesn't taste bad and is easily absorbed by my body by design...which I'm sure my boby is thanking me for. Look I need all the help I can get out here.
