Use once per day for 30-60days along with a proper nutritional plan. Force Factor is a new brand for me but it did have high quality ingredients. Keep in mind that Glutathione is not as absorbed orally so it is not as powerful as the injectable kind but you can still get some anti-oxidative benefits.

I just started using so still waiting on drastic results but I have notice that if I take on an empty stomach it does give me a glow. It's very healthy and good to take this supplement and I like that the ingredients do not contain gelatin. Nice quality
