quality and size in tablet form with nice packaging, working good for workout supplements additional for training fitness, ingredients taste for diet benefits something not early to say without waiting, easy and comfortable for stomach l glutamine tablets

Does the job but difficult to swallow
It's excellent quality but I genuinely struggle every time I swallow it. I recommend powder version if you have issues swallowing larger pills
