I got this as a try it product and wanted to give a honest review. This product has really helped me. The quality is on point. I was low in magnesium and alway had palpitation but since using this product, the palpitation has stopped. The ingredient is very good. The size is not too big, the taste is also good hence easy to swallow. I no longer find it difficult sleep, This has helped with my sleep hormone. I love the product package as well. I highly recommend.

I recently just opened this package and find that the quality in the ingredients of the size of the magnesium fit. My daily needs. The potency is good. I feel the effects and I will continue ordering this brand of the price is right. I love iHerb and I love my family.

It's a little difficult to report on this other than to say I don't like it as much as similar products. TBH I choose mag oxide blends bc of it's laxative effect. This one doesn't have much of that which is gonna be a plus to some (not to me). I think it may be that my previous product was a capsule and absorbed better but who knows.
