MK7 form of Vitamin K2 is only way to be able to absorb K2 . I take it to regulate the calcium efects of Vit D3 I take for autoimmune disease so it is great to have 100mcg capsules becasue it is easy to caluclate the right number to take for the amount of D3,. I also found research papers sugesing that it is good for primary hyperparathyroidism so it will also help with regulating my high calcium due to that. Have ordered more becasue it is exactly right for me.

These are regular capsules. I prefer the "softgels" but these are less expensive. I have no idea how anyone can tell if vitamin K is good quality or not. We have no issues with these. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. And the price is good.
