This supplement is easy to chew. The taste is good and has enough of the main ingredient, moringa, to be effective. The texture is chewy…kind of like now and laters. I use this as an antioxidant. I will purchase again.

I was glad to be able to try Moringa at a reasonable price point. They def have a distinct and strong smell with an associated taste when swallowing the capsules so that wasnt great. Otherwise, like I said I havent tried before and have taken for just three days so thats the only thing I have noticed.
