I started taking Prime HGH and after the first day I could tell a difference. I workout almost every day and was able to see a difference in stamina. I virtually added 4-6 more reps than normal and could keep going when I would normally burn out. It is a lot to take daily but I definitely could tell a difference as I'm approaching my 50's.
I recently tried this Prime HGH Secretion Activator by Force Factor and quickly noticed myself being able to have more productive workouts. Taking the product 90 minutes prior to working out gave me a boost in energy as well as being able to lift heavier weights than normal. I am not sure if it was something in my mind but I also felt that I was able to perform better in the bedroom while using this product. It's a convenient product to take and the only thing that could make it better would be if they came in gummy form. This product will become part of my workout routine and I would highly recommend it, especially to anyone looking to break through that performance ceiling.
After taking force factor for three weeks I'm confident to say I can already feel the difference and see it as well! I feel stronger more mentally healthy and between you and I more aggressive in the bedroom! I must say though overall the best part of this is the results in the gym it's like I'm in my 20s again and I'm 35! Definitely worth giving a shot if you're up to the challenge!
I have been using this for a few weeks now, and I will admit I think I am feeling the effects, not necessarily at the time of my work out, but recovery does feel a bit quicker. I do feel more internal energy and motivation to work out, and also the night life with the wife does seem to have been better. In that regard I also feel more internal energy and stronger urges to perform and at the gym.
Added this supplement to my workout and after a few days of taking as directed, I started to feel more energized during my workouts. I've taken other similar supplements before and this one feels different when it kicks in. No noticeable 'male' improvements but no deterioration either . I would like to take this supplement for a few more months to see if I start noticing increasing gains.
This is a pretty good product. First day I did not notice much of a difference. Afterwards I did notice that I wasn't as soar as I usually get, could have been this product that caused it. Also I did notice a slight increase in energy and stamina. More than I usually have. What I liked most is the fact that you can have an increase in stamina and energy without feeling like you're itching all over your body! As everyone's body reacts different to these types of products, I would recommend trying at least 1 to 2 cycle.
This was the only thing I added to my daily supplements. I followed the same diet and workout schedule. I really wanted to notice some improvement, some energy boost, something. I didn't notice anything at all. Maybe it is geared more towards a more serious athlete,
I admit, I 80% took this product before bed-time as my workouts have taken a backseat due to life changes. The product itself is quite vague in it's purpose & as a novice to supplements I could've used a more in-depth description. That said, The product had no unwanted side effects & generally getting up in the morning felt a bit easier. I would be interested in trying this again when I'm able to go back to my previous workout routine^^
Working out is something I've been doing for over 20 years at this point, and consistency/motivation was never an issue. This didn't give me the same feeling as a caffeinated pre-workout. As far as muscle gain, I think one bottle/one month-for me-is not a long enough period to gauge efficacy.
While I was initially curious when I received this supplement about it helping me with energy, motivation, and focus I regret to say that it achieved none of these goals. There is no particularly special ingredient that one cannot find either as an individual vitamin/supplement or in a similar mix elsewhere especially for the price. Niacin is contained in any b-vitamin supplement. L-Arginine Pyroglutamate, L-Lysine HCI, and L-Glutamine are all amino acids but I've also read countless times before that if one consumes a supplement containing more than one amino acid that they individually compete with each other for absorption. Perhaps the only positive ingredient, for me personally, is Mucuna Pruriens which I've taken in the past individually that assisted in a minor way with focus and this is a review coming from someone with a legitimate ADHD diagnosis. So would I recommend this supplement? I mean, maybe if you are someone that has never taken any vitamins or supplements in your life before and your body would readily notice the ingredients as foreign then maybe you would have a noticeable effect. Sadly, I think all of the ingredients used in supplements that actually work, and aren't hype, are no longer legal to purchase in the U.S. Let's just be honest here.
