i read a lot about pumpkin seed oil's benefits for the healthy hair growth. I am taking it regularly along with several other supplements. my hair is in a much better condition now. hard to tell which supplement the credit goes to. but I will definitely keep this in. I think what is written on the product website and package is confusing 1000mg vs 2000mg. it requires some correction.
