These legitimately work. I have tried several supplements with zero results. I could feel a difference the first day I took them, mostly my energy levels. I struggle with depression and normally have no energy to do anything, but after taking these I actually feel awake throughout the day.

I don’t eat allot of veggies like I should. I bought these knowing that I needed to supplement them if I don’t eat them much. They had a very positive effect after I took 2 after lunch. I took 1 more after dinner. The effect reminded me of when I juice simi fasted for a while. Judging from the vitamins in it I’m going to stop taking now Adam multi and see if this is vegetable supplement good enough. I got a feeling it might be. In any case it’s probably far superior to a standard cheapo multi vitamin if all the vitamins in it come from the plants and no synthetic added to it. Seeing how the serving size is 3 tablets and 1 tablet is 4x the size of a standard multi… I’d say the vitamins in it come from the plants, but don’t quote me on it. Anyway, long story short… if you don’t eat allot of vegetables or like that fresh juicing feeling go ahead and try them out. Might be glad you did.

Taste is good, and there size is small enough to make them easy to eat. I liked the berry flavor and if this works as well as it is supposed to then I will be ordering them again when I run out. The only thing I did not like: The first couple of days that I took these they tended to make my stomach hurt for about 30 minutes but then it went away. After the first couple of days, they did not bother me at all. I have been taking these for a little over a week and so far it seems to be a good investment. I would definitely recommend that you give them a try.

I had no idea until after I bought this and had my daughter take it for the first time that two of the ingredients are green tea and coffee, two things that we absolutely do not drink or ingest in any form. When I looked up the information about this product online, there was a lot of information about the fruits and vegetables packed in this supplement, but not about anything else like coffee and tea. And the only way we found out is because my daughter tried to peel back the bottle label, which was difficult, to see if there was any ingredient information. I was really hopeful that we could use this product, but now we can’t. So we have a full bottle that we have to throw out.

I normally have no problem swallowing pills these are the worst. I can't get them down. It states take 3 there is no way. They taste horrible. Good luck.

Probably good for your health but the horse pill size Mar me gage. I choked on one of the pill. It is suggested to take three a day and they are enormous pills!
