I felt it was more effective immediately after two weeks. I actually felt like I had more energy and it was easier for me to take it consistently. The taste is ok but that is not important. The size is ok . The quality seems fine to me and the ingredients seem good too.
Now, this energizes me and powers me through my day. I take it right in the morning prior to going to the gym. It makes me feel about 10-15 years younger too. I like how this not just a test booster but also vitamins/minerals, phytonutrients, amino acids, enzymes that help break stuff down etc. I definitely recommend.
