If you don't like beets you won't like this. If you love beets like me then you'll be able to tolerate this since it has pomegranate flavoring in it. It's a very earthy drink. It definitely has a 50/50 Balance between beet and pomegranate flavoring. I Mix it with the canned Clear American pineapple coconut water on some ice in a big mason jar, beware when mixing a scoop with a can of carbonated water. It fizzes up really big then goes back down. But putting it on ice with flavored water also helps make it more enjoyable to be able to sit on it. For my husband, he can't stand beets. So I mix one scoop with about 2-3 oz of water and he takes it like a shot. I can't wait to try it in my mango spinach smoothies! As for the health benefits… I have almost a constant ache in my chest 24-7. I started drinking this 2 days ago and my chest pains are gone and my pee is crystal clear. Give it a try!

I love this stuff for my heart! I have anxiety which can make my heart flutter sometimes and it causes an irregular beat which hurts, BUT when I drink this stuff you can feel it working! I'm on my second container so I can say it's doesn't irritate my GERD, I have a lot of energy when I drink this, digestion is easy.. no bad reaction, there's no swallowing issue because I like to dilute the taste with an apple smoothie and the ingredients are great! Buy this if you have heart problems!!!!!!

it took about 1 week to feel the effect but immediately i noticed that i wasnt getting tired as quickly. it does have an after taste so find a way to mix it to blend a lil. i been blending mines with strawberries and blueberries. i mainly do cardio cycling and rowing.

I've been taking this about 10 days. I feel good, but hard to quantify the actual benefits of this. I seem to have more energy. I tried it first few days mixing with water. I could drink it but not without making a face. I eat oatmeal every morning and mixed it in there instead of raisins. This is actually quite good. I called them and asked about this and was told it's fine to mix with food. I am guessing I'll have to use it longer to see any benefit, but so far it makes my oatmeal pretty good and I feel good generally.

I bought this for my husband as an alternative to taking blood pressure medicine. He says it tastes better than he imagined it would; being that it's beets lol. His Pressure has been stable since taking it and he has more energy during the day. It also does not stain the NutriBullet plastic cups either.

I like the convenience of having the ability to mix up a glass juice. It smells earthy like beet juice does however there is no earthy taste like fresh beet juice. This actually taste pretty good with no awful after taste. This is a value at 90 servings per container. I will definitely continue to purchase this and recommend it.

Coming from someone who was on blood pressure medication years ago. For some time I've had really bad chest pains to the point I'll be bend over on the floor crying. Only to get to the hospital all sorts of test being done only for them to tell me they can't find anything work. Either I have some sort of anxiety or some sort of underlying condition they can't find. I've only taking this drink two days and the pain that use to come and go throughout the day is gone. I can sleep through the night with no chest pain I can work with no chest pain. I've never been so happy. Is the taste the best thing kinda sorta but I'm pretty good at taking things if it makes me well so I just drink.
