The bottle says to take two pills. I took the two pills and about two hours later well you can imagine. There was no warning nothing. A few days later I tried one pill. That was somewhat better. This time I did have a bit of a warning. I wish I could cut that pill in half but you can't. All I can say is be home when you eat something or you're going to have AC accident. So this is the way to will lose the weight.
Now taking these to control blood sugar and burn fat since I have to consume carbs to thicken my ileostomy output,
So far so good - it does lower my sugars ! Noticeable difference
