Ford Stripes Metal License Plate Frame, Black & Silver

This license plate holder is great. It not only allows me to show people that I'm proud to own an F-150 it is well made to boot. It is one of the sturdiest license plate holders I've ever owned. I would recommend this license plate holder to anyone needing one. It could also be a nice gift.

Chrome and Black license plate frame, very good quality and seems that it should stand up to the NorthEast weather. I'll come back and update the review after the road salt and a few car washes have taken their toll. The frame is sturdy and well constructed and I like the way it looks on my Ford F150.

This Ford license plate frame is made of durable chromed metal. The wording and the stripes are very cleanly formed into the frame and the screw/bolt holes are large enough to allow any connector to pass through them. I am certain that this metal license plate frame will outlast any plastic one. I am VERY pleased with this frame and would highly recommend it.

This is a very nice looking car tag frame. Looks & feels like some kind of metal. Adds enough rigidity to the tag that a strong wind will not cause the tag to flutter and make noise. The screw holes lined up correctly and my tag fit into the frame so that all the stickers were clearly visible. I definitely recommend this tag frame.

This FORD STRIPES FRAME is perfect! My husband is a Ford fan for life. We are always looking for little things to dress up his pickup. This frame was just what his truck was missing. It installed easily and holds the plate secure. It is fairly heavy and I believe it will hold up for a long time. The one thing that we don't like is that it is partially covering up the year and month stickers on the plate. Other than that it looks great on the truck and will continue to look great for a long time.

I got this product as a gift to give to my son who just recently bought a newer used ford car. Fit has car perfectly and looks very good. The nice thing about this frame is the fact it can be attached by 2 or 4 screws. We used all four holes to really hold it down. We still use 2 (Ohio) plates on our cars. His car had a nice rear frame but nothing on the front so this frame serves as a nice touch on the front of his car. All things considered this is a good product. So if you need a frame buy this brand/product.

I have ordered other decorative car tag frames before and been disappointed by how cheap and flimsy they feel once they arrive. This is not that. It is plastic, not metal, although it has a sort of shiny metal look in parts, but it is definitely a thick hard plastic, it feels well made and like it will stand up to the elements and last a long time. The others I've had before do NOT feel like that at all and the difference is noticeable immediately. I got the Ford striped one and it says Built Ford Tough across the bottom. The background is black but it has silver metal-look stripes across the edges. It is nice and again, I'm impressed with how well made it feels. If you're looking for one for yourself or as a gift even, this would work nicely. I had no trouble attaching it to the truck at all. Just a few screws and it sat sturdy and straight like it should. I've had issues with the holes not lining up on lesser made frames before so I'm always unsure exactly how well they'll line up, but these were spot on. I would definitely recommend and am glad to have it. It's on the truck right now and although I've only had it a short time I am willing to bet it will last a long time. Ford tough for sure.

*Chroma Ford License Plate Frame * Being a Ford Family, I picked this Chroma Ford License Plate Frame for my son's new 2020 Ford Fusion car he recently purchased. He has been working so many 12 to 14 hour shifts due to Covid the past six months that he rarely has time to enjoy anything, so I had to put this one for him since he's either at work or asleep, but he really loved this frame when I opened it up and showed it to him. In fact, he grabbed it, and said he wanted it on his car. Lol *Appearance* It has the sleek Ford Oval style logo that I always loved. It's black with silver trim with the “Built Ford Tough” motto at the bottom. It's made of some type of metal and not plastic which is a plus. *Cleaning* Do not use anything abrasive on this or it will damage it. Use warm soapy water and a soft cloth or sponge. It's as simple as that. *Installation* It's easy to install. Simply unscrew your license plate, clean your license plate, place your plate back on, place the Chroma License Plate Frame over the Plate, then gently screw the screws in place. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN the screws! This can damage the Chroma plate frame. *Conclusion* We've had the Chroma Ford License Plate Frame for less than a week, but we are very pleased with it. I should get one for my 13 year old Ford Edge to match it. If you are in the market for a license plate frame for a Ford, this is a nice frame to buy.

They call it Plasticolor but If this license plate frame is made of plastic then they sure fooled me. It looks like metal and seems way too heavy to be plastic. It has a very nice appearance, looks sturdy, and is far superior to the plastic dealership frame that came on my car. It says "Built Ford Tough" so this frame may end up on my old Explorer. There are no notches or recesses for the plate to slip into so I was expecting some license plate rattle but so far I have not noticed any. It was extremely easy to install but unfortunately It looks like I will still have to remove the frame to add the new registration sticker each year.
