My doctor told me I needed to take vitamin D3 so I ordered them from Walmart and I've been taking them and I'm hoping that they're gonna do whatever they're supposed to do which is bone density I believe she didn't really explain it but I take a multivitamin and a vitamin D and she she ordered it and told me to use vitamin D three so I'm trying it. I take a multivitamin every day and a vitamin D gummy and I don't know what else D3 will do but I'm trying it and I'll see it's something to do with my bone density so we'll see. Thanks Walmart.

Being diagnosed with a Vitamin D deficiency a few years back, I had to find an alternative to the prescription version that my insurance would not pay for. I stumbled onto this product on amazon four years ago.. When it came time replenish my supply of Vitamin D3 capsules, amazon was charging way too much for the quantity provided. So, what was the alternative, Walmart of course! Once I saw an improvement in my Vitamin D level when my blood work results returned, I knew this supplement works as advertised. Imagine that!?!? It's amazing how they can provide so much potency inside such a small narrow capsule Since the dosage is high, this product is to be taken once a month only.

I love that it's so tiny, makes easy to swallow. I have more energy throughout the day and I've noticed my hair has become thicker, since I've started taking these supplements. I would recommend it!

Forest Leaf 5000IU Vitamin D3 Bone Strength %26 Immune Support Supplement, 180 Capsules. I use these as a general supplement. I already use the 10000IU size. This is because I do not always take as much. That said I have not experienced any issues.

It's two small and I can't wear it! Right size but runs way too small and that's as big as they go! !
