You have to take 3 capsules a day which is not terrible though they are larger in size. I do not taste anything so that is nice. So far have not seen a huge difference in anything since I started taking these from the previous sea moss supplement i was taking. I would buy again.

Listen! I'm very familiar with the benefits of sea moss however I could never get past the texture. This product was inexpensive, capsules were extremely easy to swallow and shipped quickly. Has no taste and provided immediate improvement to my energy daily. I certainly recommend trying it out!

The first day I took this supplement, gave me a headache and I felt dizzy. I took the suggested serving of three pills. Maybe it was too much for me, so next day, I took 1 and it was much better, I waited a couple of days and then I took two and it was not so bad, just a minor headache so I will stop at 2 for a few days and see how it goes. I dont want to feel that terrible headache and dizziness of taking the full suggested serving.
