I like Forest Leaf. I read about D3 and I found out you should take it with k2 for better absorbency, I feel much better with Forest Leaf with k2 than I did just taking D3 alone. I gonna start by saying I bought many vitamins from this brand and I never been disappointed .. This specific vitamins are so small and easy to swallow.. doesn't have smell and doesn't leave aftertaste ...And I LOVE it cause they are non gmo and are Lab tested ..:pill:

I'm very impressed with this product and the customer service. I'm so glad they combined at least two different supplements into one to make it easier. I'm looking forward to continued use of the product to see if make a difference in how I feel and my overall health.

Need to be careful not to overdose since some vitamin d capsules that are sold are not very effective. I was severely low so I took one a week and a few times twice a week to compensate for my low levels. When I got tested I was at 250 instead of being between 60 and 100. So I had to stop taking it for some time to let my levels drop before starting to take it again. This is the best value for the price I have found that really works.

Purchased because lightening deal to try as alternative to a different brand I used especially now because of covid-19. I want to keep my Vitamin D levels up since indoors mostly to avoid the blues from not getting natural sunlight. The supplement is small, odorless, and tasteless. I take it in the morning or midday with orange juice or ginger ale (my other pills are different sizes the soda bubbles help) on a empty stomach. No empty stomach issues for me. Will probably order again if catch on lightening deal.

We are so pleased to find this quality supplement. We avoid all seed and vegetable oils. We eat good fats only. So happy to find a K2+D3 supplement without added oils of unknown quality. If it is in a capsule, it could be rancid and you would not know you are hurting your body by consuming them. Also the only filler is rice flour, no sterates or other ingredients.

I bought it for my mother, she was having some bone problems and after using it for a while she feels rejuvenated. It Strengths bones. I am not sure about the immune system benefits but it surely manages to make the user feels better. The taste is also good, especially helpful for the folks who are unable to move because of the movement difficulty.

I needed only 800-1000 IU and bought it without seeing the IU range in it. I noticed it only after opening the bottle and consuming it.The bottle size is very big as compared to the number of tablets in it. Only less than 1/4th of the bottle is filled.
