Beautiful rings but poor customer service
We bought the rings Jan 20th. i had a wonderful salesperson that new how to size my finger for correct size. Told me it would take about 3 weeks to get rings back after sending them off to be sized. So we waited. We finally went down to check on them. I imagined them getting the rings back and not call us. wrong scenario. They were never sent off. My fiancé talked with manager several times and ine person had actually told him the rings were in Oklahoma. He went back Feb 14th found the rings still there. the person had lied to him. he asked for rings back. He took the rings to a jeweler and got them sized within 5 days. So I do recommend buying the rings just take them somewhere else if you meed sized. It cost us $80 more to take the rings somewhere else but so worth it.
