I wanted something sturdy enough to handle blackberry bushes and I like Fiskars products. The pruners handle the thicker vines easily. I'm very pleased with my purchase.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are STRONG and SHARP. I can cut through small tree beaches with little to no effort at all- these are AMAZING! My only gripe is the little safety latch is hard to latch. I wish it was a quick, easy swipe to get them closed, but it takes 2 hands sometimes.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Fiskars pruners are absolutely perfect for pruning my indoor and outdoor trees and bushes. They easily chop through even thick branches and are easy to squeeze and store. Definitely recommend!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Fiskars Forged Bypass Pruner is designed for durability and precision in pruning tasks. It features fully hardened, precision-ground forged steel blades that maintain sharpness, and an ergonomic, non-slip handle suitable for both right- and left-handed users. I think the pruner's sharp blades and comfortable grip, noting its ease of use and durable construction. the pruner's heavy-duty handle and blade stability, observing that the blades remained sharp after multiple cuts on dry limbs. The steel is on the softer side, it makes sharpening easier. Overall, the Fiskars Forged Bypass Pruner offers a balance of durability and functionality, making it a valuable tool for gardeners seeking reliable performance.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These work great. They are extremely sharp and worked fantastic for trimming my hydrangeas. Good quality product and they seem like they will stay sharp. They have a locking mechanism that keeps them locked when you are not using them which is nice. Would definitely recommend.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was thrilled to have the opportunity to provide my honest review in exchange for the Fiskars Deluxe Forged Bypass Pruner because gardening is my greatest passion. I'm already a big fan of Fiskars products, so I had high expectations, and this pruner did not disappoint. Right out of the box, the pruners feel comfortable in my hand and incredibly sturdy, with a well-crafted design that gives me confidence in its durability. The blade is sharp with a nice curvature, allowing for precise, clean cuts. I also appreciate the well-made locking mechanism—it feels secure and reliable, so I don't have to worry about it failing during use. After a long winter, I can't wait to get back outside and put these to the test in my garden. So far, I'm impressed! Thank you!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great pruners and perfect timing! I was just wanting to start getting my garden ready for spring and Fiskars came to the rescue with these incredible pruners! Easy and simple to use but super sharp and durable as well.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow this thing is heavy duty but doesn't feel like a bear to squeeze and cut. Hands down one of the best ones I have ever used! If I had to complain about something I would say clipping them closed could maybe be a hair easier? But that's me being super picky.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been great for pruning flowers, especially those ones with tough stems, and also some hedges outside. I always appreciate the safety lock for storage. Knocking one star though because there is no easy way to store this — my previous pruner I could put back in the plastic casing it came with , but for this it was not an option. This one has oil dripping from it out of the package and I'm still not sure how to stash this safely (it's understandably sharp) without dripping oil on its nearby storage neighbors.
Seems to be a good pair of pruners, Only problem is the nut and bolt that holds both pieces togather the threads were stripped. Had to return to store.
