This is the BEST THING FOR HEADACHES!
I use the biggest one to put ice in for my headaches. It rests on the top of my head and keeps the pain at bay. I sometimes use the middle one if I am reclining in my recliner to put on the front of my head to cover all the area of pain. I love this product!

I like these bags because you can place them exactly where it's needed. Lightweight and you don't have to press and fold like the flat jell types. You don't have to store in freezer, put some ice inside the bags and you're ready to go. Great for home use with injuries, pain therapy's , etc.
