Formaticum Cheese Storage Paper, 15 x 11"x14" Sheets and 15 Adhesive Labels

I've used the bags as well as the sheets. When I buy 1 lb cheese wedges I use the bags, although the sheets work just as well. When I buy 2.5 lb cheese blocks, I have to cut the cheese block in half in order to use the largest available sheets. I would buy larger sheets if available for this use case, but it's really not a problem.

I've used the cheese storage bags for years. Ordered the wraps this time. Should be about the same but a little more versatile. Cheese lasts longer and stays in better shape than storing in plastic or even special cheese containers.

I use the formaticum cheese paper and bags at home for my cheese and it makes a huge difference my cheese lasts longer and tastes better.

Good product for my cheese!

Saves cheeses keeps them fresh much longer than without the paper

We liked it soooo much we gave a package of the paper and a package of the storage bags to our daughter for her birthday.

Great product - keeps hard cheeses like cheddar, gouda, emmenthal etc fresh for weeks.

I've taken to buying double so I can roll up a few sheets and hand them out like diplomas to friends and neighbors. Hoping they, too, will come to love and appreciate what a small but welcome difference these mighty papers make in the kitchen. It's the little things, right?

I have used the cheesepaper for quite some times. It keeps the cheese fresh and no mold. The 2 grocery stores that carried the paper stopped carrying this product unfortunately. So I ordered a good supply from the company. I cannot imagine storing cheese without wrapping with the cheese paper first.

I had purchased a box of the cheese storage bags at a local store that has since gone out of business. I was pleasantly surprised when I found Formaticum online. Storing cheese in the bags or the wraps really does make a difference in the taste and the life of the cheese.
