It cleans up pretty much any mess. I even use it in my portable machine for cleaning my upholstery. Just mix the recommended amount with water. Cleans way better than Bissell cleaner. Don't try this without testing on your own furniture in a hidden spot first though. I'm just saying I've never used anything else that got my light colored sofa this clean. It's amazing. Works great on auto upholstery too.

409 has been my go-to all-purpose cleaner for years. Very effective conveniently cleaning walls and woodwork. Advise using spray cleaners in well ventilated area to avoid breathing in mist.

To say "Spot-On" is not exaggerating what this stuff can clean. However, if you have a 3 year old kid with a sun tan this stuff will clean that kid spotless for a formal dinner party.

It is such a common and trusted brand, kept at a reasonable price point. I shop for my adult sibling whom has disabilities, and the Walmart is a godsend. I live in a different state than her, and to know I can shop and oftentimes get home-delivery same day for no additional cost is just incredible. This product works well for cleaning surfaces of everyday germs and bacteria, of course. How efficiently it inactivates viruses, I really can't say. Nevertheless, for cleaning "touch" areas of my home like light switches, doorknobs, counter tops, and faucet handles, it seemed to be a great buy.

I forgot how much I like 409 until I recently received a substitution. The scent smells like a clean home and the power behind the clean is lovely. I am back on this cleaner and will be repurchasing because of how well it works. Thank you for the substitution Walmart!

I've been using Formula 409 Multi-Surface Cleaner for a while and it works well for my everyday cleaning. I mostly use it in the bathroom to clean the toilet, sink, and shower walls. It does a good job removing normal dirt and soap residue without much scrubbing. The price is reasonable and the bottle lasts a long time. The original scent is noticeable but not too strong, which I appreciate. Nothing fancy, but it's a dependable cleaner that gets the job done. Overall I'm pretty satisfied with it and would buy it again.

Product was shipped damaged so returned. Recieved email after not a deliverable address Went to dollar general for another product. Not a product by the clorox co. Never will purchase product from that company for my cleaning service again.Thousands of dollars yearly.Thanks to wamart.
