The Best Biscuits Around
This biscuit mix makes delicious biscuits. I heard about it on YouTube from "The Farming Pastor's Wife".....so good. She told us that she and her husband ran a restaurant a while back and this is what they used to make their biscuits...Some of the best biscuits I have eaten and no trouble at all. All you need is the Southern Biscuit Mix with "Formula L" (remember to get the mix with Formula L) and buttermilk. I don't think you or your family will be disappointed.

Best tasting flat biscuits EVER!
Yes these have the best flavor but mine turned out flat. Instructions say to NOT over-knead/mix so I didn't. One review says to over-knead/mix to get a higher biscuit. I'll be trying that after I see how good they are in chicken and dumplings.

The only authentic Southern biscuit mix there is!
My partner is from the south %26 this is the only biscuit mix he will use. He says it's the closet thing to making them from scratch due to the shortening/butter flakes. They cook perfectly every time %26 are quick to make.

Taste like homemade biscuits.
This is the easiest and best tasting biscuit anyone can make. I roll the mix out about 1/2 inch thick. The biscuits come out about 2 1/2 inch to 3 inch tall. So fluffy inside and golden brown on the outside. I coat mine with melted butter prior to baking. Perfection.

Formula L Biscuit Mix
As a southern cook I have made buttermilk biscuits since I was 12, now I'm 64. Martha White is what I uses all these years so my husband was not happy. This " Formula L Biscuit Mix " is like my granny's from long ago! My husband eats 2 and is a very picky eater. Please use buttermilk when you make them.

Best there is.....
Love my biscuits and this is the best flour I've found. A few hints 1. follow instructions but...the more you need the dough the high the biscuits rise. 2. Use any other type of flour to roll your dough out on. 3. Butter the top of your biscuits after they come out of the oven not before.
