The quality and build, far exceeded my expectations

We love our range, just have an issue with one cooktop light staying on.

My cooktop is cracked! Where can I find a replacement part?

Range works great and looks amazing. Your 50 character requirement is not.

Product seems good but having trouble getting through to service.

Love the look and feel of this oven but a few issues... the doors are hard to close and secondly we already had a burner go out after only having the oven for 6 months... It's still under warranty and the place we bought it is fixing it but still think that's not a good sign if things are already breaking. Hoping it was just a crazy coincidence.

Finally just got installed. A couple initial frustrations but too early to tell.

Overall extremely happy. We are in need of temp calibration for the oven. The knob for baking has a large margin for error with 50 degree increments. Extremely hard to see the knobs, just difficult to read. This is a beautiful oven and it is a winner that could be amazing with better knob visibility and calibration.

I haven't used the range yet, but it looks nice & the air fry accessories are great. We weren't able to find a wall-against mat, so I need to find out about that. It came faster than I expected, and the delivery company didn't let me know they were coming until they were there, and I hadn't even moved in yet, so that was a problem.
