Perfect for my need of a flexible blade.
I was looking for a single knife with a somewhat flexible blade. Found this boning knife and it appears to be perfect for my need. Size is perfect, handles is non slip, blade is stainless steel. I haven't put it into the dishwasher, I tend to hand wash and dry my good knives. Secondly, it was so well packed from the manufacturer and they even set up the closing tape so the consumer did not actually need a cutting tool to remove the knife and packing material but was still USPO compliant. Excelent!
