This works well but I've stopped using it. I use the more concentrated Nutricost Luteolin (250 miligrams [20% forskolin]) and I use honey to cut it into 5 doses. Cheaper to do it this way.

I bought this as a means to supplement weight loss. I was informed of and researched the benefits of this product. So, I thought I would give it a try. I must confess that I did not see any measurable difference pre and post consumption. That could be attributed to my body chemistry and it just not being compatible. Overall, I saw no benefit to taking this product for me. You may be different
