my granddaughter loves this. it takes some time to put it together but worth the time
Used as a cat fort, can hold blankets but needs to be built in a way to support and not sag apart
This was my grandsons favorite present 🎁.... he loves it...
good quality
Sturdiness is better than expected based on other reviews - we used sheets, but did throw one blanket on and it was fine. Biggest issue is that any of the non-vertical pieces are extremely difficult to get into the holes of the joiner. I have a hard time as an adult, including scratching my hands and worrying about snapping the poles, and there's no way my 5 year old could get those pieces in. There's also no instructions for any builds - you have to just look at the pictures on the box.
it is not easy to build the tower lateral
The poles do not easily fit into the connectors. The children can not connect them by their selves. I used a drill bit to widen manybof the connector pieces, but that caused bits of plastic all over.
Can't review the item they are selling, as they shipped me some random fort building kit with 123 pieces instead of 140. Currently, it seems as you could build something better with zip ties, because these ones just fall apart. Maybe the one they have listed is better, but the one I received isn't worth a penny.
Buyer beware! A 123-piece glow-in-the-dark construction set was shipped. NOT what I ordered and paid for - the 140-piece construction set for $47.99; I should have read the reviews - many have the same problem!
I got this for grandkids (5 %26 7) at parent's request but it was so cheap their parents decided to return it.
